An app for making paintings by flicking your phone to throw paint.
2. Throw safely
Hold your phone firmly and use the wrist strap if you have one. Don’t let go of it, and be aware of people and things around you. We’re not responsible for dropped or broken phones, or anything hit by one.
3. Your paintings
What you make is yours. You’re responsible for where you share it.
4. Flecked Pro
A one-off purchase that removes the watermark, saves at 3× the resolution, adds a wallpaper-size save, and lets you choose any of 11 palettes and 7 backgrounds. It’s processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Restore it on another device with Restore Purchases.
5. Availability
We may change or stop features. Paintings you’ve already saved stay in your Photos.
6. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise we aren’t liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
