1. What Ritwo is
Ritwo is a habit tool for two small rituals a day. It is not medical, psychological or addiction treatment, and it is not an emergency service. If you are physically dependent on alcohol, stopping suddenly can be dangerous: speak to your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
2. Your account
You can use Ritwo on your own without an account. If you create one to share, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be 18 or over to use Ritwo.
3. How to treat other people
Do not use display names or anything else you share to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or to share sexual, hateful or illegal content. We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
To report a safety concern or someone breaking these terms, email support@positiveai.co.uk. We handle safety reports within 24 hours. If you joined Community during testing, you can also use Report and Block there.
4. Your circles
Everyone confirms before someone joins a circle. You can leave a circle at any time, and participants can remove supporters. Leaving removes your shared progress from that circle.
5. Founding Supporter
Founding Supporter is an optional one-time purchase through Apple. It adds cosmetic touches only, the Founding Seal and Founding Light colours, and nothing essential depends on it. Apple handles payment and refunds under its own terms. You can restore it in Settings › Support Ritwo › Restore purchases.
6. Changes to Ritwo
We may change, pause or stop features, including sharing features. Rituals and history stored on your iPhone stay there, and you can export a backup in Settings › Backup & restore.
7. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Ritwo in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
