What the app uses on your phone
Motion sensors. Flecked reads your phone’s motion while you aim and throw. This is processed on the phone in real time and never stored or sent anywhere.
Photos (add only). When you save a painting, Flecked asks for permission to add it to your Photos library. It cannot read or see anything already in your library.
Sharing clips. A clip of your throw is created in temporary storage on your phone and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next is your choice, and that service’s own privacy policy applies.
Purchases
If you buy Flecked Pro, Apple processes the payment. We receive no card or personal details. The app checks with Apple whether you own Pro; we don’t store this anywhere.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you through the app, there’s nothing for us to give you, correct or delete. If you email us, we use your email only to reply and keep it no longer than needed. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Flecked is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this ever changes (for example, if we add an online feature), we will update this page and the App Store privacy label before the change ships.
