Do I need an account?
No. On your own, Ritwo works without an account and your rituals stay on your iPhone. You only need an account to share with people in Together.
How do I share with someone?
Open Together, allow Ritwo to create your sharing account, then sign in with Apple or an email address. Choose Share invitation to invite someone, or Join with a code if they invited you. Everyone in the circle confirms before sharing starts. A circle has up to four people, including supporters, and only shares your progress. Ritual names always stay on your iPhone.
How do I remove someone or leave?
In Together, open Manage for the challenge. You can leave the circle at any time, and participants can remove a supporter. If someone is making you uncomfortable, leave the circle and email us at support@positiveai.co.uk; we handle safety reports within 24 hours. In-app Report and Block are only in Community, which is hidden in Ritwo 1.30 except for people who joined it during testing.
My reminders don’t arrive
Go to Settings › Rituals & reminders › Check & test reminders to see what is scheduled and send a test. Also check that notifications are allowed for Ritwo in iOS Settings and that a Focus mode isn’t silencing them.
Ritwo says “Progress is protected”
If Ritwo can’t open your saved progress, it shows this screen instead of overwriting anything. Keep the app installed. You can choose Restore a backup, or Contact support, which opens this page. Email us and we will help you get everything back.
How do I back up or move my rituals?
Settings › Backup & restore › Export backup saves a file you control. It is not encrypted, so keep it private. Restoring replaces what is on the phone after a preview and confirmation; you don’t need it for an ordinary update. Don’t delete Ritwo to fix a problem before you have a backup.
How do I delete my account?
Settings › Account › Delete my cloud account. This removes your cloud account and what you shared, and, if you used Sign in with Apple, revokes Ritwo’s access to your Apple ID. If you are offline, Ritwo asks you to reconnect to finish. Your rituals and history stay on your iPhone. The privacy notice lists exactly what is deleted.
Founding Supporter
To restore it on a new iPhone, go to Settings › Support Ritwo › Restore purchases. Ritwo checks the purchase with Apple on your iPhone. Apple handles payments and refunds: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When you write to us
Include your Ritwo version (shown at the bottom of Settings), your iPhone model and iOS version, and what happened. Please don’t send passwords, codes or backup files, and remove other people’s information from screenshots.
Not medical care
Ritwo supports personal consistency and is not a medical or emergency service. For help with alcohol, see NHS alcohol support or call NHS 111. If you are physically dependent on alcohol, stopping suddenly can be dangerous. In an emergency, call 999.
